En general la estancia estuvo bien, pero considero importante compartir algunos detalles que podrían mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes. La habitación con jacuzzi presentaba varios inconvenientes: el jacuzzi no tenía tapón, por lo que el agua no se mantenía y tuvimos que improvisar una solución. Además, el sistema de hidromasaje no funcionaba. También encontramos que la luz del tocador del baño no servía, la secadora estaba fuera de servicio y durante toda la estancia nunca fue posible conectarnos al Wi-Fi. Ojalá puedan dar mantenimiento a estos detalles, ya que son servicios que influyen en la experiencia y por los que uno espera que todo funcione correctamente

Habitación limpia en general, pero había algunos cabellos ajenos en la sábana y en el lavabo. La colcha con hoyos por quemadura de cigarro. El personal ben; la señorita de recepción muy amable pero el señor algo hosco, no es grosero ni te ignora; sí te atiende, pero el gesto es como si estuviera molesto y el saludo no lo responde..

En general todo el personal cero atentos desde quienes están en el estacionamiento, meseros, pero en especial un señor que está en recepción siempre con mala cara. en realidad es un MOTEL para nada pueden llevar familia es para ir solo si no quieres pasar un momento incómodo con los ruidos de la habitación de junto las almohadas y cobertores muy viejos pero la limpieza es buena

Considero que la habitación está aceptable, pero solo por comentar la habitación que yo tenía en el piso de madera que tenía del lado izquierdo de la cama estaba roto y rechinaba, además las baldosas del baño deberían de darle mantenimiento ya que si en algunas partes hay grietas y se puede colar la humedad.

Son insuficientes 2 toallas para el uso de regadera y jacuzz. Quizá podría otorgar un tapete y 2 toallas adicionales para cada uso. El personal amable, atento y atendieron rápidamente el apoyo en la hab para el funcionamiento del jacuzzi.

Habitación sencilla pero con todo lo necesario para pasar la noche. Me gusto el baño y los espacios que manejaban. También las pequeñas cortesías como el agua. El acceso fue sencillo y el check out también. Volvería a este lugar con un presupuesto limitado.
