The Apartment appears to be very new. It has a wonderful and clean rooftop (washer and dryer). Couple blocks away from the train station, makes it very convenient to take public transportation. Close to all amenities, friendly staff. I would recommend.
This hotel was exactly what I needed for my trip to Mexico City. Location was close to great, it was close to great restaurants and bars. Overall the hotel was exactly what the listing described it as. Great room with a good balcony.
Great central location. Especially for bars and restaurants as well as great street food options. The staff and service was very responsive. Recommend for short city breaks in Mexico City.
The place is very nice, clean, and well located. However, it is quite small. It is not really an apartment, but rather a single studio-style room with a kitchenette and bathroom all within the same space, plus a small balcony. Overall, I had a good stay, but I think the listing should make the size and layout clearer so guests know exactly what to expect.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. But the best part was the location. The neighborhood is very safe with endless options for food, coffee, and drinks. Everything is walking distance, even a mall.

Excellent location.
I felt kinda meh about the overall experience, though. Some of the less than exciting issues: three consecutive days, my room wasn’t cleaned; the cleaner kept opening the bathroom window and letting mosquitos in; sometimes the night security would fall asleep at the desk and I would have to wait to get let in if I get back after dark. In general I kind of like standard hotel amenities (eg on-site restaurant, lobby). Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was pretty cheap, and again the location was excellent.
The place is conveniently located near many restaurants and central areas. The atmosphere is calm, although there can be some noise from outside. The service is excellent. Overall, I highly recommend it.
Stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom unit. The configuration was great, plenty of room, super clean and modern. Air conditioning units in each room worked well and we also loved our balcony.
We had some power issues in our unit, and staff moved us to another so they could take care of it. Can’t say enough good things about the helpful and friendly staff!
The tenth floor deck was very nice, and good to hang out while doing (free) laundry.
Everything was great and I wanted to give 5 stars but water pressure is pretty erratic. The shower was alternately hot and cold, not able to set a comfortable temperature. But maybe a petty thing to complain about
