The staff are attentive, communicative, and helpful. There are multiple outdoor seating areas, and having free washing facilities on the property was such a nice perk for longer trips. We were able to easily walk to Roma Norte and Condesa neighbourhoods, and the park was also a 10-15 minute walk. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that you can hear the street noise quite clearly. They do provide earplugs, which helped a lot!

The room was clean and it was really helpful to have an oscillating fan to keep the bedroom comfortable. The neighborhood is great and the hotel is 3 blocks away from Rosetta, one of the best coffee shops/bakeries in the area. Amie and Mary did a great job, and Eumir was lovely and helpful.

Lasai is a beautiful property. I loved the several balconies the property offered. Room was great, clean and spacious. Everyone was very welcoming. I loved that there were restaurants, cafes and bars at a walkable distance. I felt very safe in the area. Can’t wait to come back to CDMX.

We had a first floor room. Very quiet but we lacked a window and balcony and would have liked those for fresh air. We arrived late (after the front desk had closed) but it was no problem getting in or communicating with staff via What's App. Wish there had been a water purifier in the room but it was easy enough to go down the hallway for clean water. Great budget accommodations.

My stay at Lasai Casa Puebla was amazing. The location was about 18 minutes from the airport and was super accessible to public transportation (5 min walk to Sevilla train station), across the street from a gym, and in close range to a circle K, 7-eleven, Oxxo, and many dining options (variety of price ranges). The building itself is beautiful (colonial style building, big open windows which let in plenty of fresh air, lush trees open terrace, and high ceilings) and I felt very safe during my stay. The staff were very hospitable and were always making sure I had what I needed. I stayed a total of 6 nights, and I would definitely book my stay with them again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lasai in CDMX. Accommodations were clean, modern and spacious. Location was quiet yet close to many food options and in a central, walkable area. Staff was sweet and friendly. Highly recommend this great property if you’re in CDMX.

My partner and I had a great 10 day stay thanks to the whole team: our host Eumir who communicated with us prior to and following our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed, the housekeepers Mary, Montse and especially Aime who did a great job for our scheduled weekly room cleaning. Also shoutout to Pedro from maintenance and the security guards Lulú and Paola who greeted us with a smile at all hours of the day whether we were leaving early for tours or coming back late from events. The property is located in a quiet part of Roma Norte where we always felt safe and the overall value for the space, quality and location are very hard to beat.

The property was located right at the center of everything: tons of restaurants, shopping malls, bars and clubs yet it is still pretty quiet. Everyone needs to be let in and out every time by a 24 hour front desk so I felt extremely safe. The property was fully equipped, squeaky clean and very spacious. The detailed and easy check-in instructions were sent a day before arrival. The water temperature in the shower was either extremely hot or cold. The mattress needs to be burnt. It was extremely firm and combining with some cheap pillows, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. I literally had to sleep on top of the blanket to make it more tolerable. I’ve traveled a lot and slept on many mattresses and this by far was the worst!
