The front desk person was very helpful in helping me with whatever amenities i needed. i was going to shower and the lady asked me if she could clean it first. soomeones always cleaning inside, dusting, moping. I felt right at home. i cant recommend this place enough. affordable and close to everything.

We had a great time at Roomies, the staff was lovely, the terrace is a great space to chill out and the area around is safe and filled with nice places to eat and drink. Totally recommend ✨

Great price for what it is and location. I also paid for the night before i landed also so i could sleep after red eye flight, and messaged the hostel to inform. When i arrived they said they had already canceled my reservation and that there wasnt any more space. I told them i sent a message days ago and then they say i had to call.

Pros: property is indeed in a great location. Very walkable with a lot of food options and main attractions nearby. The area is safe. Most of the staff were nice! Very affordable. Cons: they modified the property to be able to fit as many people as possible so the walls are paper thin (you can hear people cough and talk through the walls.) the restrooms are very limited and the showers barely have any space for you to move in) They do have cleaning staff and the lady is great and is there every day but her cleaning is not enough for all the grime that has been building up overtime. The restrooms upstairs have a strong sewer smell, even in the showers. You do get the ick being there. We checked out early because it was pretty cold in January and the window didn’t close all the way and the blankets were not thick, even with an additional one we took. I was cold and I was starting to get a cough. We spent the last couple of days of our stay in Mexico at a nice (but still affordable) hotel nearby and oh man what a difference lol. Point is that this place is very affordable and you get what you pay for, staying here did allow us to go out and spend more money out in the city doing more fun stuff. This was a place to keep our stuff, sleep, and shower; sleeping and showering was not as comfortable though.

It is a good cost-benefit relationship. But the service is very poor. The lady at the reception is not at ALL read tô be there. She unfortunately treats costumers as if she was doing a favor.

We booked this room for three nights, and upon just entering the room I knew that I couldn't stay there. After 3-4 hours of the worst sleep of my life during the first night, I found another place nearby on Airbnb and high tailed it out of there as fast as I could. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to hear every sound of every other person in the building, and unless you want to sleep on a mattress that is no better than sleeping on the floor like a dog.

This was the worst stay of my entire life. The staff is a representation of the dirtiness of this place. Uneducated and they blamed the guests for everything instead of taking accountability. The cleaning lady is the absolute worst: she blames her own staff for a living instead of cleaning. If I upload the pictures of how dirty and dysfunctional the place was for the first 3 weeks out of the 4 I stayed, the government would’ve shut it down. The cleaning lady loves to throw all the soaps of the customers to the trash even if you forget it in the shower for a couple hours. I hated this place and hope everyone loses their job (again) because every new staff keeps getting worse every time they switch.
