Our stay was great! The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. The location is great, so many lovely cafes/bars/restaurants. The room was clean and had all of the basics as well as some small luxuries (mini fridge, sodas, fans). There is no AC but that wasn’t an issue for us staying in October it wasn’t that warm at night. And the fans kept the room from getting stuffy. It’s a historical building which is cool as well. It’s well kept but minimally updated, however that does help keep the charm of it. Felt safe, door

Absolutely gorgeous building, incredible room, and super friendly staff! The neighbourhoodnhas tons of great places to eat and shop nearby, and you are close to Condesa, Centro, and a 15 or 20 min walk to various metro stations. If you wake up early, have a coffee in the gorgeous common area all to yourself. The room we got had a portable AC, though I believe not all of them can have it, but some nights we just left the windows open. But I cannot get over how beautiful and relaxing the room was.

Very friendly staff and nice property with a great location. Because of the history of the building no A/C but the room had a fan and with the courtyard next to it there was a natural flow of air that cooled the room down. Never felt uncomfortable. Would definitely stay again

Everything went well during our stay. Staff were helpful, clean space and great location but unfortunately my experience was overshadowed by an unresolved $4,000 MXN security deposit refund. I was told a week after my stay by a Tasman employee that my security deposit was charged by accident and that their finance team would get back to me on getting that amount refunded. It’s been 4 weeks since our stay and after multiple follow up emails, I have heard no updates on when the refund will be processed. Having to repeatedly chase this down and the lack of communication is disappointing to say the least..

A boutique hotel with a difference. From check in to check out, the staff was attentive and helpful. The room was spotless, and it felt very safe for a solo female traveller. A huge thanks to Adolfo, Talia, Mauricio and Regina for making me feel at home. They have an in-house massage service which is highly recommended.

Every single staff member was not just helpful, but friendly. It is in a very nice neighborhood and half the price of equivalent hotels. I plan to return to Mexico City to continue my work there and hope I can book the same room again.

Such a perfect stay here. I switched from a hostel that was awful and so glad I did. From the second I got here the staff was SO nice and welcoming. The room was great, the location is great, and they even put out water and coffee/tea for you all day. They also operate many tours and activities. I wish I had known this before booking before my trip so make sure you check them out first! Would def stay here again. Location can’t be beat. Also there is no AC here but when I came in July the temp was mild and they provide fans.

We loved the local charm and character at Santa Casa. We had a street view room and enjoyed watching all the busy people down below. It was a bit noisy, but normal for any city. We had fans in the room and a small refrigerator. We didn’t mind not having air conditioning; the weather was perfect, 75 during the day and 50’s at night. We could walk to shops and restaurants easily and took Ubers to the museum and bus station for travel to Teotihuacán. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at Santa Casa by Tasman. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt warm, friendly, and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the garden area, where complimentary coffee and tea were a great touch. The location is fantastic—close to everything in Roma Norte. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
