Mexico City, Mexico hotel rooms at the Wyndham Hotels

"Room was very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. We had to change rooms after sleeping in a room with no heat. We moved from the old section to the new tower with no charge. Loved the fresh fruit, cookies, peanuts and potato chips and coffee, tea and bottled water always available. Front desk was wonderful and efficient. Hotel restaurant had good food. Wonderful location. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Linda R. from Florida"

"Overall a great stay!! Was hopeful to be allowed an early check in due to a red eye flight but that never happened. Regardless, the hotel was pretty awesome!! It is not your usual Hyatt. It reminded us of a Vegas hotel. The lobby was grand, included breakfast buffet was amazing, the staff was welcoming, secure keycard elevators, average room was spacious and clean, and hotel location was perfect. There is no ice machine on the floor but a simple phone call to the service department and an ice bucket arrives to your room in 1 minute by super professional and courteous staff. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN. "
