"The staff here is great, the coffee shop had a couple of incredibly friendly baristas. Overall the experience was good, the reason I didn’t rate it higher is likely more on my lack of knowledge of the area. While it is an ideal spot if you never plan on leaving the resort area, everything else is a bit of a drive. The beach is nice, and easy to swim, but there is no break if you’re looking g for waves this isn’t your spot. Again, the staff was wonderful, the facility is immaculately kept and the gym was adequate. I’m simply not sure I’m the all inclusive kind of person and likely would be looking for a bit more adventure on my next visit."

From the beautiful ocean views and amazing pools to the exceptional restaurants, drinks, and Club Level services, everything felt like a true luxury getaway. Blaze was a standout the view, food, and service were phenomenal. A special thank-you to Abraham, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made our experience even more memorable. We also loved the ceviche at Fresco and the incredible variety at the buffet. Every member of our family agreed this resort was a 10/10 experience! A small suggestion would be to have restaurant hours clearly posted throughout the property, and perhaps increase pool cleaning during peak times. Beautiful resort, amazing staff, unforgettable memories. We cannot wait to return!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was amazing from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the entire atmosphere made our vacation so enjoyable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food and drinks were great, the property was beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time by the pool and taking in the views. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of, and we had such a great experience throughout our entire stay. Puerto Vallarta was already such a beautiful place to visit, but staying here made the trip even more special. I honestly have nothing negative to say about our experience. We had an amazing time and made so many great memories. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!"
