“My wife and I booked this hotel for our anniversary and we love Isla Mujeres! We wanted something walkable from the ferry, close to beach(Playa Centro across the street) with air conditioning and clean. We found everything we had wanted. Beds a bit firm but that is not an issue, just as a note to others. Staff were accessible and easy to talk with. My wife had a massage on-site and loved it. Will book again if get lucky enough to visit Isla Mujeres again!”

“Wasn't sure how the trip was going to go as I received an email the day of our arrival that the oceanfront suite that we booked had maintenance issues. I only book oceanfront wherever I travel so this was a big deal for me. I kindly asked for an acceptable solution & boy did they deliver. I had to stay the first night in a suite behind oceanfront then they moved me the next day to 2 oceanfront studios, 1 for us & 1 for my son. This was a substantially smaller unit but that was less important...
