Great location with plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby, and only about a 15-minute walk to the beach! The apartment is comfortable and basic, but for the amazing deal we got, it was absolutely worth it. The customer service was excellent, 10/10! Overall, a great value for the price, and we really enjoyed our stay!

I love coming back to this place again and again. The staff are so attentive and helpful. My favorite is code key entry...no lines..no questions by a front desk...like entering your own aoartment. Keep this great property for long or short stays as your first choice.

Alton apps was easy to find and convenient when taking an uber.. it was a couple blocks away from the beach and ocean drive.. id say it took like a 15 min walk to get there which was not bad at all. It was quiet and it felt safe. The walls are a bit thin but we never heard our neighbors only the upstairs steps.. the furniture was in need of a desperate replacement, the table was broken

I love this place....In fact I can't wait to rebook here. Great location for your base of tourism goals...South Pointe Park very near. Enjoyed cooking my own meals in the units kitchen with fresh selected foods from Publix down the street. Feels very much like your own home...1 bedroom was spacious and didn't feel cramped like the usual hotel room.

I LOVE the Alton Apts!! Elizabeth is a superb manager who made my stay - nearly a month - feel like I was at home. great space to work from, cook meals, run errands in Miami Beach and just chill. Bryan the head maintenance guy was always very, very nice. This place was formerly 1-2 bedroom apts turned into hotel spaces and I sincerely could happily live here for months. I am certain I’ll return. THANK YOU! 10 GOLD STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The building is old but surprisingly no insects not even ants. It has everything you need for your long or short stay. Maintenance people are there all the time and you can ask for anything you need and they are very helpful. Management, Elizabeth, is very attentive and respectful. Overall nice stay. I would go back.

I enjoyed my stay here the past couple of nights....very close to everything on Miami Beach. Was like having your own condo easy walking to Publix 3 blocks away. And South Point Park just minutes away. Thank You for a restful experience. Looking forward to staying there again

I’m thrilled with their prompt response and willingness to seek feedback on our experience and areas for improvement. When the front door lock to the complex broke, they promptly fixed it upon my notification. While the unit could use some updates, it’s not a major concern. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near Ocean Drive and the Bayside area. A Publix supermarket is just a short walk away, and a Target is also nearby. You’ll find all the necessary utensils, plates, a wine opener, and a traditional coffee machine in your unit. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning to this place.

Upon arrival the unit was very clean, it’s a great large space and if you’re spending more than a few days it’s nice to have the full kitchen. However, after a few days a couple of issues arose. For starters there was no toaster in the unit as advertised in the listed amenities, the range hood/light above the stove top didn’t work so the unit got fairly Smokey during cooking, the hot water tank was extremely small, we could only run the hot water for about 15 minutes before it completely ran out, the unit is listed as having blackout curtains in the unit which really are needed as the entire unit is painted white, however the only room with blackout curtains is the living room with the couch, the bedroom got extremely bright in the early morning as it just had regular drop down blinds. Overall we had a good 8 days, the unit was spacious and close to many useful locations like pharmacy and grocery store, I believe there was even a hospital next door. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Publix grocery store, a 3 minute walk to Biscayne bay, and a 13 minute walk to ocean drive to access the beach. I definitely recommend other to use this place for anything more than a few days.

Excellent location! Close to bay front and other stores so it’s convenient. Very responsive with messages and inbox. For example coffee maker was not working and they delivered a new one right away. Downside was building and apartments are outdated. the photos published are not reflective of the state of our appartement as it was outdated and the sofa bed we had was way smaller than expected. Too bad it was our friends first time in Miami.

Yes the rooms were clean I was surprised to see how large the apartment was One bed room TV in room Two flat screen TV Living room large TV full kitchen gas stove 4 burners oven Micro wave coffee and tea pot Dishes and utensils glasses The area just a few blocks away 5 street mall Publix supermarket 2 floor Best Buy and Total wines and more Lots of parking 5 floor Ross and TJ Max Alton road has Whole Foods Also on Alton road Peruvian restaurant Italian restaurant Also a few blocks away there’s Flamingo Park there’s a tennis court lots for children to do the playground swimming pool Oh there’s is also a track That should keep you and your family busy

I came here with my boyfriend and it was great. It was a great price and right in the middle of town so we got everywhere so quickly. The parking was nice and right in front of the building- there were four spots but they were never full so we always got a spot. Overall, I would stay here again.
