One of the guest attendant was very rude on the phone. A tonality quite rude. Later she attends me and as I approach the front desk to check in, and after I showed my confirmation number, without consideration told me I needed to wait while she attended a guest couple behind me. Long story short, Overall, the attendant was rude and lacks customer service, I had a reservation making my check-in quick and easy. The other attended took a guest and then checked me in, and she was still attending the guest she took before me. She needs to be trained, or perhaps given a janitorial position. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION IS HOSPITALITY BUSINESS. Her actions do NOT belong belong in the front desk.
