One of the best properties me and my family could have ever possibly rented and I highly recommend it was great. The kitchen was well furnace. The rooms were clean. Oh my God like this was worth it.

The property was located close to NW 2nd Ave which provides access to all directions in south florida (once you are driving). It is located some distance away from key food service outlets, gas stations or supermarket. The surroundings itself was well kept and also quiet. There seem to be an issue with client before my check in as the entire property was reeked with weed which took a few days to air out. The complex saw different cars driving in daily and occupying assigned parking spaces which forced me to park away from the designated spot. The main door lock gave an issue on 3rd day and it was somewhat difficult to get onto host to fix problem while family waited for almost an hour before getting in. A handyman turned up about 2 hours after and rectified the issue. I had a delay with my flight and the host was facilitating to extend the rental by a day ( at a cost much higher than previous daily rate) but I was thankful. On the positive side, AC worked well, great beds, proper water (hot and cold), adequate space for party of 5.
