“객실에 샴푸가 하나도 없었다. 그래서 고정되어있는 샴푸통을 빼다가 1센치 정도 살이 파였다. 태도는 정중했지만 보상은 $30달러 리워드 하나 주고 끝이다. 컨티넨탈 호텔에서도 비슷한 일이 있었는데 힐튼의 대처능력에 대해 실망하였다. 보상이 중요한게 아니라 몸이 괜찮은지, 병원은 안가도 되는지가 먼저이지 않나 싶다. ”

“I go to Detroit 2-3 times a year and usually try to stay in different places. Well no more! This hotel is awesome, albeit a little expensive, you get what you pay for. Staff and valets are great and very helpful with anything. The bar and restaurant was also amazing. One note, it's a little pricey but a great stay. If I'm downtown I'm staying here again”
