"This hotel was beautiful! The location was perfect! We stayed on the 12 floor and were even able to watch the fireworks on a Friday night from the Tigers game! The staff were all kind and helpful. I will be staying here again! "

"Do NOT stay at this property. The hotel, bar and room were beautiful. However a maid tried to enter our room at 9:00 (checkout was 11) woke us up. Manager said we didn’t have our do not disturb on. Nope. We always check before bed specifically for this reason. And second we let them valet our car. They park it in an underneath parking garage. It had rained during the night and sentiment dripped on our entire roof, sunroof and along side our car. They told us to use LCR which we know would take the clear coat off our car. We called for 4 days for a manager. Never heard back. We ended up having to pay a professional detailer at our dealership to get it off. Took them 3 hours to remove it without damaging our car. Totally unacceptable. This wasn’t our fault yet we had to pay on our dime for it. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a business. "

"It has the bare necessities and not much else. General sense that everyone, except the desk staff and property manager, are apathetic. Our first room had food crumbs on the beds and floor. The hotel manager took care of it by giving us another room, some snacks, and complimentary late check out. That was good. The house cleaning staff tried to blame us for their bad work by saying “those crumbs weren’t there when I finished cleaning.” Even in replacement room the floors were so dirty I used the hotel towels to mop it myself. Hair, eyelashes, gum, everything was caked on those floors. They literally do nothing but sweep the floors. Wouldn’t ever stay there again unless you’re good with wearing shoes inside. 5i golf downstairs was cool. "
