"The room was a great deal and the day staff was so kind and helpful. There were some serious delays with the nighttime person but hopefully they have taken care of it. I would stay here again."

"I booked a two-room, two-night stay at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled and that there were no rooms available for my party. This was especially frustrating after coming off a delayed flight. Despite having prepaid in full, the hotel failed to honor the reservation or provide any reasonable solution. When I explained the situation and that the flight delay was completely out of my control, the staff was unhelpful and offered no assistance. To make matters worse, they have refused to issue a full refund for services they did not provide. Being left without accommodations after a long and exhausting travel day is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel. "
