"BYOP, Bring Your Own Pillow. The pillows were awful. We could hear the person in the room next to us snoring through the wall. The chair in the room was uncomfortable to sit in so it didn’t feel like a space you could just sit and hang out because there wasn’t enough seating and the seating was uncomfortable. The staff was fantastic and the room was clean. We were woken up super early by the fire alarm in the building and zero explanation of what was going on. Wouldn’t stay there again. "

"How can I rate this property customer service when there is no one to check you in. We checked in at little Kiosk. Your room key is a white key with no markings. When I walked a way from kiosk I had go back because keys have no markings and you don’t get any paperwork. So I had to recheck in to find out what my room number is. I wish that was the only issue. When I got to my floor the smell of drugs/weed was so strong that I wanted to go back downstairs to check out but there was no one downstairs. My room smelled even worse. I had to put blankets under door. In the morning housekeeping opens my room wakes me up asking me if I am checking out at 9 am. I checked in at 1:30 AM and she wakes me up before my check out my time. This place looks nice but by no mean is clean. I will never stay here again and I am so tired of falling for the pictures that are advertised. It is very misleading. "

"Location was amazing- 20 minutes from airport. There were so many stores and restaurants in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the kitchenette- it was very helpful for our long stay. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "
