"The TEMPO by Hilton in Raleigh is a fantastic addition to downtown. Its location is truly prime—steps away from the Red Hat Amphitheater and the Convention Center, making it incredibly easy to explore the best of the city on foot. The vibe is effortlessly fun and hip, striking that perfect balance between high-energy and relaxation. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful and artistic decor; the local art pieces and the stunning Urban Oak rooftop bar really give the space a sophisticated, boutique feel without being stuffy. Most importantly, the cleanliness was top-notch. Everything from the "Get-Ready Zones" in the rooms to the communal lobby spaces felt spotless and well-maintained. Whether you're there for the views at the rooftop or just a stylish place to recharge, this spot definitely delivers."

"This property is very deceiving, though it is listed as a pet friendly hotel they will charge you for every single thing. The hotel was not clean. There were cockroaches in the hallway, mold in the bathroom and rust stains all over the tub. For a hotel in the Wyndham chain that we were paying over $200 a night for I expected far better. This was a very disappointing experience and is enough that I would never stay with this hotel chain again. I heard from other guests that they charge them fees if they try to check in more than an hour early. I can tell you from my experience and some of the other guests experience from this weekend and this hotel will turn your card key off at least two hours before your checkout time. For a hotel that charges you for everything it seems odd that they try and kick you out early and not even tell you until you cannot get back into the hotel or into your room. I strongly urge anyone that needs a hotel in this area to look for other accommodations as this experience was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. "

"The firepit area was under construction so there was no access however the rest of the facility was excellent. Angela and Todd were very helpful during checking. The was an issue with our room not having accessible shower and they corrected it right away giving us an upgraded room with a walk in shower."
