“This place is in the center of all things to see and do. Uber was available but we walked to everything we wanted to do. Music Row, Glutch and Broadway. All great.”

“I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites.”

“The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. The covered, secure parking was also a plus. There were some unfortunate elements of our stay: The apartment smells like spoiled milk or something rancid. “2nd Ave closed for repairs, so loading and unloading was a bit of a challenge, no fault of property management. Great location. Stones throw to Broadway. Would stay there again. ”

“I stayed in a one bedroom deluxe and loved it! The space was nice and clean. The balcony space for people viewing was just I needed. I went for a weekend concert in Nashville and it was literally two block to the arena. Also, about a three block walk to Broadway and the all the bars. There is a breakfast place, Pancake Pantry around the corner which was delicious. The pool on the rooftop was super clean and there were many instagram worthy shots available with the space surrounding the pool ....
