In desperate need of a place to stay late on a stormy night after a bad hotel experience next door, the clerk was so sweet & helpful, the room was clean w/ very comfortable beds, quiet parking lot with no riff raff. โThe hotel is super old and not worth the money we paid. The bed was too soft, the shower you almost needed pliers to turn it off as it kept dripping. The room was dirty on the table, there are ants in the bathroom. No oligarchy bed to plug in phones, I had to unplug clock to plug one in by one side of bed, the other one had to find a plug behind the dresser. We will not stay here ever again and do not recommend this place. โ
โThis was my first day at the Harrah's Casino in Joliet. The room was spacious, well laid out, and very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino floor staff was likewise very helpful and the overall experience was very pleasant. โ
