Property wasn’t the issue. Expedia is the issue! After the Property Owner refunded 6 days of my stay, Expedia never sent it to me, never reached out to me, and did not have any answers over the 4 times I reach out to them to get answers. As a business owner, I will personally make it my mission and make it known that Expedia has the worst customer service out there. I will never book with them again.
This happened to me at 3 separate properties, 3 issues, employees left stranded, refusal to send refunds, refusal to work with me. The only common factor was F-ups by Expedia! BBB going to love this one!
