“I was pleasantly surprised by several things at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The dining was great. Breakfast included the hotel's own honey which I loved as well as organic herbal tea and fresh squeezed orange juice - small thngs that make a difference to me. The room is a bot dated, however was comfortable and quiet with a decent shower. The gym was surprisingly well equipped and the spa far more extensive than I had expected and very good value for money”

“the location was excellent for what I needed, was mainly there to play the Goliath poker tournament at the CBS arena ,this was a short walk away. local shops were also within walking distance, so extremely useful when it came to stocking up on supplies. there were a few little niggles about the property but nothing that would stop me from staying there again”

“The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. It was quite dark too and we needed the light on during the day, I don’t think the black walls helped! That being said, I would still recommend the apartments as they were ideal for a...

“On arrival, we were dismayed to find the "Queen Bed" was smaller than a double bed and was not at all suitable for our stay. It seems the definition of this bed size is not universally accepted. After discussion with the professional "Richard" I informed him that we would not be staying. I request a refund as the room was available to relet for anyone willing to use a small bed. Deeply disappointed and will not recommend”
