They did their best, and provided excellent service, for instance because they were doing construction I didn’t have any hot water in our room, so I told them and they changed our room to a newly renovated one that was really nice of them. So to me that goes a long way towards me returning to them again with my family.great job guys!!!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the hotel itself was very clean. Loved the huge shower! The bed was comfy too. The staff was nice and courteous. The lady in the pizza place during breakfast was super friendly! The casino wasn't overly smoky like many of the hotels. We enjoyed the beach club pool and it being for adults only. The only real negatives were the mini fridge in our room. We would have liked to have had an empty fridge to put leftover food and extra water in without having to pay a fee to have the contents taken out for us. Maybe a warning reminder for the extremely HOT sand next to the sandy area of the beach club would be helpful or when you're reserving those chairs. Not a huge thing, but also not thought about until touching the sand with bare feet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again in the future.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Plenty usb/electrical outlets available. Plan on walking in a half a mile to get from the self-parking garage /valet parking to the front desk. :-/.

Check in was confusing. Started at self check im kiosk only to have that fail. Waited in line for 45 minutes to get keys. Other than that all was great. Property is dated when compared to the others but well worth the stay given the proximity to some of the newer resorts. Would stay here again.

Great place for family staycation very clean and well maintained hotel staff are polite and helpful close to fashion mall if you like shopping I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues ! Looking forward to my next staycation
