Great location, a short walk away from Milan Central Station, which is where the main airport buses can also be caught from. The apartment was easy enough to find with a lift to the top floor. The apartment was clean, tidy and felt very modern. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. There were 2 wardrobes which were useful for our stay for all our clothes. Having access to an iron and ironing board was helpful. The only thing negative I could mention was that the aircon units we'ren't blowing out cold air even with the thermostat set correctly to cold and temp set lower than the current room temp. The units likely need an aircon regas, we had to opened the windows at night to lower the room temp.

The previous tenant smoked in the apartment and it smelled terrible. There was no blanket, only a top sheet. The QR code that was supposed to lead me to instructions did not work. I tried contacting the property management company through email every day, no response at all. I left two days early. I still have not heard from the management company. JOIVY is a JOKE.

Gostaria de destacar alguns pontos que merecem atenção urgente, pois impactaram diretamente o conforto da hospedagem: O colchão precisa ser substituído com urgência. Está totalmente deformado, com o lado direito afundado, aparentando estar quebrado. A situação é tão grave que, ao se virar durante a noite, há a sensação de que se pode cair da cama. Isso compromete significativamente a qualidade do descanso. A pia do banheiro necessita de manutenção imediata. A válvula de escoamento fecha, mas não abre adequadamente, dificultando o uso normal da pia. Falta um suporte para itens de higiene dentro do box. A ausência de um local apropriado para acomodar sabonete, shampoo e condicionador gera desconforto e reduz a praticidade do banheiro. A política de troca de toalhas deveria ser revista. Permaneci hospedado por três noites e não houve nenhuma troca de toalhas durante esse período. Embora compreenda as regras da hospedagem, acredito que o intervalo entre as trocas poderia ser reduzido para proporcionar maior conforto aos hóspedes. Como alternativa, a instalação de um toalheiro térmico elétrico ajudaria significativamente na secagem e conservação das toalhas entre os usos. Os problemas apontados não exigem grandes intervenções, mas sua correção teria um impacto muito positivo na experiência dos hóspedes e na percepção geral da qualidade da hospedagem.

Esperienza disastrosa! Avevo prenotato 4 notti. Arrivato verso sera trovo un appartamento moderno e accogliente (anche se con dotazioni essenziali e pulizia non al top). Al rientro dopo cena sento uno strano rumore cui, complice anche la TV accesa, dò poca rilevanza. Andato a letto, invece, noto che questo rumore (quasi una lavatrice in funzione nella stanza a fianco… che ovviamente non c’era) non si ferma e rende impossibile dormire. Verso l’una chiamo il numero di assistenza clienti più volte (lo dichiarano 24x7) senza risposta. Impossibile dormire: prendo poche cose e mi trasferisco in un hotel (pagando). La mattina successiva chiamo il numero clienti e niente. Decido allora di andarmene definitivamente in hotel (anche perchè il rumore era ancora lì). Riesco a contattare l’assistenza clienti per il rimborso (almeno parziale) e… zero! Neanche dopo insistenza e l’intervento di Hotels / Expedia e l’esibizione di ben due audio / video con la registrazione (che ancora ho… non si sa mai). Sostanzialmente ho pagato due volte il soggiorno a Milano. Senza parole. Mai fatta un’esperienza così. In sostanza: se con JOIVY va tutto bene, bene! Altrimenti siete soli! E a leggere le recensioni, mi sembra di non essere l’unico ad aver avuto problemi.

Pesima atencion , telefono de c9ntacto es un call center que solo habla italiano no otro idioma , no envían la informacion completa a tiempo baño sucio regadera extremadamente sucia , informacion clara del apartamento no lo es dan informacion incompleta de habitaciones . No recomendable
