This was such a great hotel, and convenient as it is next to the main train station. My view from the room was excellent, I could not have asked for more. Room was comfortable, the bed, pillows everything was perfect. Quiet throughout the day and was able to sleep.

The overall experience at Excelsior was outstanding, the staff was very accomodating as well as the concierges were extremeluy helpful in finding restaurants, etc during my stay!!

Wish the restaurant was open while we were there- but the bar was great! Staff throughout the hotel was amazing! Rooms are wonderful. Wound definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, elegant rooms, and exceptional service. The rooftop dining and breakfast were highlights. Perfect location near Milano Centrale. A flawless Milan experience — highly recommended! The staff and hospitality is just at it best
