The room itself was fine, but the bathroom, particularly the shower was not pleasant. The shower door was opaque with lime scale and the tiling was was covered in mildew. It really needed a proper cleaning! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Really nice hotel and highly recommended to stay

I stayed in a lovely room that reminded me of a four-star hotel—neat, clean, and comfortable—with very friendly and helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the beautiful glass elevator. Everything was just a 15-minute walk away. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the air conditioning; it seemed to be centrally controlled, and we couldn't adjust it ourselves, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. I believe some improvements there would make the stay even better. Overall, the staff's kindness truly made a difference, and I appreciated their efforts. They even packed my breakfast because i had a early flight.

The pictures on the Expedia website made this hotel look a great option. The experience did not live up to this. The room was really small and the shower was tricky to get in and out. We had a mould issue with the shower and air conditioning, which was unpleasant, but resolved. We found it incredibly noisy to sleep even though we were in the 3rd floor. We both were covered in bites after the second night sleep. The location is ok and the staff were friendly. We found only having one key between us and having to hand it in every time we went out strange.

This hotel is close to a main street and not too far from the train’s Central Station. The included breakfast was pretty good and with a good selection of food. The only dislike was the bathroom shower, it was loose and it splashed all over the bathroom.
