“Spotless, comfortable, and super friendly staff.”

“I stay at Hampton Inns a lot. I was very disappointed with this one. Breakfast was not good either morning (2 night stay) and to top it off, they had no regular cream for coffee this morning. That’s poor planning and not caring. Also, shower head was pointed towards the back wall and could not be adjusted away. You had to lean into the wall to get the water. Probably something you can deal with but the grab bar was right where the water came down. I know why they did it so that water would not...

“Pretty nice rooms and good breakfast I would say overall a good value. Only complaint was a fair amount of road noise particularly sirens each night we were there.”

“When I booked this stay I did not realize I would have to pay for parking, and that the parking lot was on levels 4 & 5 around the corner in a separate parking garage. The check-in location is a street corner with a steep, little portable aluminum ramp from the sidewalk up to hotel level. This made using the hotel's luggage carrier difficult, and the double doors are not automatic, adding to the difficulty of bringing your luggage into the hotel. The check-in person neglected to mention that...

“We had a great experience. We would definitely choose you again.”

“Great stay,we stayed one day on our way to stay at our main vacation point. This was a great stopover, for rest and relaxation . The room was clean , the staff was nice and professional. Overall the property was a great safe place for my wife and I to stay the night. We enjoyed the stay so much , we booked another 1 night stay on our return home over a week later and still the same testimony. Clean, professional staff, and a safe place to stay the night and refresh for the return home. 2 thumbs...

“To me, their advertising is misleading. I requested a queen size bed. I got a standard size bed. The man at the front desk was very helpful. He told me that all their beds come from their warehouse. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping because the bed was small. We have a queen size bed at home so I know the difference. Other than that it was a good experience”

“Nothing unique. Living room sofa needs replacing.”

“Excellent outdoor smoking patio out back. Had a newly renovated large King Suite.”

“로아노크공항 하고 가장 가까운 위치의 호텔”

“The stay was well”

“Nice room, decent buffet breakfast.”

“The room and the whole property were very dirty. There were stains on towels and sheets. The bathroom was moldy. Also you can literally hear every single car that drives by because the walls are made of paper. Stay somewhere else. There are so many better options in Roanoke. The staff was very nice though.”
