2/10 Terrible

"They did not want to give me back my $50 deposit when they told me that they was going to refund it back to me they did not instead they made up some excuse about me so-called damaging their linen which was not the case they also told me that they was going to give me back my money that following Monday and never gave it back and never was going to tell me that they wasn't going to give it back instead they lied to me and told me that it was refunded back to my card and that they released it and now I have to do a dispute just to get my money back I never damage anything on their property and I also was respectful the whole time that I was there the lady at the front desk was very rude and had an attitude the male staff was okay but the fact that they lied to me about giving me back my deposit and make made up some excuse to not give me my money was unacceptable and it's coming off like a scam and I don't appreciate it at all I'm very upset but far as the room being clean and nice and decent yes the breakfast was nice and decent everything was cool up until the part they tried to scam me out of $50"

"The staff was very pleasant. Very nice extremely helpful. My checkin was flawless. The woman who checked me in was very friendly. Everyone i encountered was extremely nice. The man that works overnights at the front desk was a different situation. From the first night, he was not customer service friendly. He's not pleasant at all. I stayed three nights and I just avoided him for the rest of my stay. I would definitely stay st this hotel again. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, I would definitely give everyone 5 stars I'll give the overnight person ZERO STARS"

"BED BUGS! I took a live bug to them in a cup and we got bit. My wife got it way worse. We shortened our stay to get away from there. The hotel nor the company that handles there issues (Sedgwick) has done nothing. They won’t even acknowledged it was a bed bug. So I take them a live bug, send them pictures of the other bugs found in the room, send pics of the bite marks on our body, and all they did was send a letter saying they don’t accept responsibility. Supposedly they called pest control but we haven’t seen any proof of that either. I already called the health department. Please read the reviews before going. We made that mistake since it was an impromptu trip, but the same room we stayed in (308) has reviews from months ago mentioning bed bugs. I wish I would’ve known. Hopefully I can prevent someone from having the experience we did. Bookers beware!"

"A lot of Russ in the bathroom, stains on the bed shirt , the chair in the room was really dirty ( need to shampoo it or just get another one. Big cockroach under the sink , no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Curtin had some stains on it . Not what I expected from the Hilton hotels!!!"
