This location was conveniently located close to MKE and was run by very helpful staff. It’s a pretty standard location with a basic continental breakfast area and indoor pool. The shuttle saved me time and money with my morning flight. Thank you!

Had dead centipedes and insects on blinds, had crusted food or something on bed frame, room was not clean. Fridge in room had the strongest smell of beer. Elevator door was disgusting, had liquid spill stains on it, also elevator buttons was missing

When we checked in twice, we had to go back downstairs and to get the room keys corrected. They ended up sending a technician because we couldn’t get the doors open the room keys couldn’t work. We found that other patrons were outside. Exit number five smoke marijuana on the morning that we were checking out we found that it’s not user-friendly for disabled people. The hot tub was empty and nonfunctioning, which is one of the reasons why we wanted to come there we found that we had to go to entrance number four from the lobby to access the elevator otherwise we would end up having to haul all our luggage up the stairs and that was not due feasible because I’m partially disabled and I am elderly we found that the coffee machines made very weak coffee and normally at a best Western plus hotel they make fresh coffee available 24 hours a day this is a great disappointment. This was a terrible waste of money for one night and we will not stay there again. We found that the rooms are outdated and they need to do a major remodel on them go at your own parallel.
