The front desk clerk was nice. the room was clean but musty smell and shower head needs to be replaced. It was spraying off the sides. The hotel definitely needs more staff especially in the pool area , kids were jumping in to hot tub while adults were trying to relax. Pool noodles should not be allowed in the pool, especially swinging them around. Plus older kids diving in the pool. Not sure where the parents were, but if a couple of staff personnel were there they could have said something. To stop it. I did get to chitchat with a couple of nice people in the hot tub, they would have agreed with me. The breakfast was pretty good and again staff there would have been good. Overall it was nice but needs staff.

Staff was nice and the pool area was great! The room and hallways just had a stale funky smell..like old carpet? Our room was nice except for the nasty water damaged on the entire bottom of the bathroom door.
