I will check out the ac/heater unit. Most of the time it is just that the unit is in the room which is not normal for homes. Again thank you for staying and we hope to have you back again soon.

I am very sorry to learn about your experience. I'm not sure about staffing if there were no guests in the restaurant. Our breakfast is open at 7am so I am confused on that one.
