The rooms were small but furnished fine. The rooms were clean and it was located not far from the city center. My only complaint was the WiFi kept dropping out. If the outside was cleaned up a bit it would have better street appeal. Otherwise, I found it fine and very affordable.

Hotel and rooms doesn't look like the website photos. Bed mattress is hard and frame is made of tin. The bed cover and pillows were dirty, stained, and hair all over the room. Hallways are dirty and the building gives you project vibes. I slept in the office chair at the desk in the room instead of getting or laying on the bed. Staff is very friendly though.

Good stay for the suite family 3 bedroom suite.

The rooms are big enough have enough 3 bed for family sleep. The suite was great room except the floor looks like it hasn't been mop but the bedding was awesome comfy clean.

Staff was great, all we interacted with were friendly & professional. We read a lot of reviews mentioning safety - we walked back & forth to downtime several times over the weekend and never felt unsafe. I also noticed the hotel had security present each evening/night and early morning. It is definitely a budget-friendly hotel but was clean and we slept well. Our room was clean and serviced each day so overall a good stay.

Almost downtown hotel

The hotel is on the edge of the historic Brewer's Hill neighborhood which makes for a nice 15 minute walk down to the riverwalk. We found it easy to drive to the lake front and there was plenty of free public parking. The breakfast at the hotel was good too.
