My next room kid kept trying open the between door. And It's hard to enter the hotel from the garage. This hotel is only for casino customers.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your recent stay with us! If another guest is causing a disturbance, please call the front desk for assistance. If you stay again, please know that you can pull up to the hotel entrance to drop off your luggage and check in, then park in the structure and won't have to carry your bags through the casino. We do offer Valet service for our hotel guests only. That service is currently offered for Wednesday through Saturday night stays. I hope you give us another chance and visit again. Very comfortable mattress, best sleep that we had in any hotel. The room was very clean, quiet and was more that what we expected. Will stay there again.

Very nice and gorgeous! Only spent one night here but the bed was amazing and the shower/bathroom is very nice.

Hotel Room was clean. The slots are pretty tight 100 spins on a couple machines with minimal return. The bed was horrible springs were poking out. Also if you stay and they give you the food and beverage credit, make sure it is on your room card because it was not on ours. Also if your a smoker the smoking lounge is a cloud and if you go out to smoke beware of some creepers.

Hotel is top notch, stayed in the King deluxe room. Shower was as bigger than most bathrooms. Room was large with two TV 's and pullout bed couch. King bed was very comfortable. A great stay.

Room was very nice but I didn’t receive my $20 Hotels.com food credit. I contacted them online, no way to reach Customer Service via their 800 #. Hotel itself is lovely.
