Property very old and run down. Hotel attached to an apartment building so half the building is hotel and the other half looks like low rentals. Lots of sketchy people hanging around the outside and in the lobby.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but this hotel is hardly a 2 star. The bathtub has mold on the caulk between the wall and bathtub. It would be so easy to cut the old caulk and put new one. The bathtub was not cleaned from the previous guest as the wrap for the soap and the old shampoo was still in the bathtub. The heater was not working properly in the room. When I asked for another blanket I was told there were extra blankets in the room. It’s a cheap room I get it. I just need it to sleep and take a shower in the morning but I don’t like to be cold. The heater was throwing cold air, so I knew something was wrong. The rest of the room seem clean.

All of the cup wrappers were open and wet like the paper cups had been rinsed and reused or something. I honestly couldnt figure out what was going on with that. My room was missing the soap, shampoo etc but I found the remnants of a bar on the soap tray in the shower. This means that tray had not been cleaned. The walls and carpet were clean and the furniture was ok. The tv remote looked like it had never been cleaned. Nothing was horrible but overall it gave me impression of needing a thorough update. There were no usb outlets anywhere. Both nights there were altercations and "exhibitionist driving" in the parking lot outside my window around 1:30 am. The mattresses were well past their useful life but did NOT have any bugs or anything. In retrospect I got what i paid for but in the future i will spend the extra $40/night to get a better nights rest.

It looked like they are in the middle of a remodel. There was a beeping noise in my room. I think the battery in the smoke detector needed to be changed. It was close to St Luke’s Hospital so that was great!

OK, smells like pot inside
The bathroom wasn't cleaned, hair still on the shower wall. Only 1 towel??? Carpet was sticky. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper.

Unfriendly staff and poor condition.
Staff were very cold and not welcoming at all. Had an attitude. Treated other guests poorly as well. We would NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

Bed bug heaven
After 11 hour drive I arrived to people in the parking lot asking for money to then check in walk to my room open the doors literally walking into the room with a bad smell to find a bed bug crawling on the bed dead smack in the center of the bed with!!! All lights on ac on god what a nightmare.

Nothing to see here, folks.
Nothing special. 4 walls and a bed. Not much around, but close to a bus stop. I’ll probably stay somewhere closer to the city if I come back. Inconsistent Wi-Fi was a little irritating.

Okay, I usually never review hotels because I don’t expect much from the caliber of hotels I rent. I rent for function and price, not luxury. I’m not in them long enough to care. I sleep, go to work, come back and sleep again. However.. this; if I wasn’t so tired when I got in, I would have left immediately. Rm285 1) Lobby smelled like weed. Bad. 2) after I got in my room, came back to the front desk to ask for conditioner… nobody was there. 3) rented king room with sleeper sofa. Didn’t need sleeper sofa but, it was filthy. Carpet under was all stretched out and wadded behind. Trim strips were holding nothing. King bed frame (2 twin xl box springs with a box frame under) were not even in place. Hit my shin on one of the pieces of the frame because it was sticking out, not securely under box springs. Box springs weren’t even together. Big gap. 4) went to make coffee in the morning, last guests coffee grinds were still in maker. 5) bathroom and linens not clean. I’m not convinced anything was actually cleaned after last guest. I think they made the bed with new linens and took out dirty towels… but that’s it. There was a good bit of dust and hair behind bathroom door. There was actually a good bit of dust and grime in all perimeters of this room, like nobody has vacuumed with a crevice tool, which is needed. 6)no breakfast- wasn’t noted when booked. I started chat with Expedia, ran out of time to get a different hotel. I needed to get on the road so I just stayed

Disappointing
You walk into the lobby & the bad smell is overwhelming. Their site says continental breakfast is included, there was nothing. The room smelled like stale cigarettes & burn marks all over the bathroom counter. Bathroom sink had multiple cracks. The topper was the small coffee pot was filthy!! Very disappointed

Didn't stay, ended up getting a different hotel. Rooms were clean except the fact that one of the beds had holes in it, the lamp shade had profanity written on it, rooms smelled musty, and shady cracked out people roaming the halls. However the person at the service desk was super nice and understanding.

Dont stay here
From the onset, staff was unfriendly and disappointing. I called property before booking a room and asked about early check. I was told normally its 3pm but rooms were ready i got there and front desk said early check in only if u booked through hotel. When I renewed room thru this app. I had to pay $20 to stay in room til 3pm check in time. Front desk staff very rude. Heat stopped working in middle of night. Tried to get fresh towels in morning and had to wait til 10am for room staff to come in.

The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and awesome. The only problem I have is the parking space I used has a huge pothole on the driver’s side. My shoes and socks were soaked after stepping out of my car. Will be nice once breakfast is offered again.
