Greeted with a glass of champagne, bellman was very helpful storing our bags after our early arrival. Bags already brought the room when we returned to finish check in. Beautiful hotel in top condition

This is a beautiful historic hotel with a number of wonderful amenities. Unfortunately, we had a few problems with food/drink orders being forgotten both in the Mason Street Grill and room service. The staff handled these situations well by providing free items in compensation. The hotel was also very popular during the Christmas season and I found the noise and the number of people a bit overwhelming.
