"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. "Nice decent sized room. Compared to other hotels we stayed at it was expensive and the breakfast was a little more limited than others. Would recommend."

"It was far from everything and the bedding is from the 60's. All our pillows were soooo yellow and old, we couldnt even bring them to life. The mattress is made of foam, hard as a rock and we had many sleepless nights. It was our worst accommodation in France by far (and we stayed in 7 other places )."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant on the property. Good food and great service. Accommodations were clean and provided everything we needed. Lots of space for families with a nice little kitchen area and patio area overlooking the river. If you enjoy cocktails, try the Crusoé; unique, spicy and delicious. Overall good experience. "
