"Room was mostly clean, there rose petals from previous travelers still under bed. Sink got clogged and water was stagnant, we let the staff know but no one came to fix it, we just used the bathtub instead. The young lady in bar/restaurant area was very frie and helpful, she seems the only one there, no one working at desk in weekend. "The room I was provided at this Quality Inn was in incredibly poor condition, but the most alarming issue was the overwhelming odor of mildew. Because sleeping in a mildew-infested room poses a genuine health risk, I immediately returned to the front desk to request a refund so I could safely stay elsewhere. Management flatly refused. With my money tied up, I asked if I could simply be moved to a different room. They had an identical room available but refused to let me switch unless I paid an additional $35 fee. I explained that because the original room they provided was unfit for sleep, a transfer should be accommodated at no extra charge. Unbelievably, they refused this basic request as well. Refusing a refund for an unsafe room and then trying to extort more money from a customer is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this motel at all costs."

"There were roaches in our room. Molded and leaking ceiling. Bathroom was gross. The pools was shut down the entire time. Staff said it would be fixed the first day and then wouldn't provided any up date. One staff member was polite and helpful. The others were not so nice or helpful. Even to the point of yelling at us after he asked us a question. Over all, 10/10 would never recommend! Will not stay there again."

"The inside was very clean, manager was very helpful. The air conditioner and coffee maker was great. TV and sleeping quarters was good. I think the only thing I seen that needs to be addressed is all the barn swallow nests and their droppings need to be cleared away. Not a good thing to have bird excrement falling not only on our heads but also the hoods of our cars. Otherwise very nice place to lay down ones head for the night. 😊"

"I stayed at this La Quinta many times for work until around when ownership changed a few years ago. They began some remodeling and it became a nuisance and the property seemed to fo downhill. After years passed, I decided to try again. The remodeling status is unchanged after all these years. Parts of whole floors blocked off. Lobby unfinished. And this time when I woke up I had bites that took days to heal from what I assume are bedbugs. Will not stay again. Otherwise the room appeared clean though the towels were pretty threadbare. Definitely a cash grab facility with no concern for guest experience on the part of the owners."
