It’s the little things like booking a treatment at the spa was not easy, I had to ask to get the treatment charged to our room - they were trying to send me to reception to pay and then come back to the spa ?! You can’t use the pool before 12pm, because the spa doesn’t open till that time. No dressing gowns in the room. Overall a nice hotel, but missing the nuances you would expect in a true five star."

This was my sixth time staying at the hotel, and it continues to be a place I genuinely enjoy returning to. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Abdul Kadir, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout our stay. He kindly upgraded us to rooms with access to the Executive Lounge, which was a lovely gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. What particularly stood out was Abdul Kadir’s excellent attitude and genuine hospitality. He was always approachable, attentive and happy to help, and he made sure that my family and I were well looked after and comfortable. His friendliness and professionalism really added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself was, as always, beautiful and comfortable, and the level of service is one of the main reasons I continue to return to Hilton Bomonti. After six stays, I can confidently say that the consistently welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff make it feel very special. "The room was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay\. The manager was very helpful and accommodating, arranging a change of connecting rooms to resolve the issues we experienced with the rooms initially assigned to us\. However, I would like to highlight two areas for improvement\. First, the bathroom floor becomes slippery when wet, particularly when wearing the slippers provided by the hotel\. This poses a safety concern and should be addressed to prevent injuries\. Second, during our stay, the breakfast team began removing food from the buffet before the advertised closing time of 10:00 a\.m\. I noticed several guests arriving shortly before 10:00 a\.m\., only to find that food was already being cleared away\. The full buffet should remain available until the stated closing time\."
