"Staff were nice and very helpful. Parking was super easy. It’s a really cute place with an amazing location; walkable to the lake, the art museum, coffeehouses and restaurants. Was startled by an unfortunate visitor when showering, right before checking out. They just need to have an exterminator do some work. "

"We had a great family stay at the Drury for a short Milwaukee trip. Clean, spacious room (king suite with separate sofabed room for the kids), great breakfast buffet selection (try the biscuits!), and particularly friendly and helpful staff throughout the property. No frills but that’s what we signed up for with two little kids! Nice workout room, too, with plenty of available machines. "

"It really bothered me that you offer no complimentary coffee in the lobby. You gave me a glass of champaign when i got there. But either had to make my own, or go to Starbucks for coffee. Weird."

"One of my favorite places to stay restaurant attached was clearly in slow season food want necessarily fresh. Always fresh in park times though"

"While the property was in good condition, the room next to us had a party until 12 am. The staff working the front desk at the time did not enforce the quiet hours, despite our calls, and none of our family could not sleep. There was constant yelling and swearing from next door. The issue wasn’t resolved until the shift changed and different staff came in to handle the problem."

"Winter time heating was on and off, not continuous with thermostat setting. But wasn’t terribly bad. The A/C, Heating system looked very old, no front hood over the vents"
