When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and we waited for 30 minutes, with 3 kids, just to be told they overbooked the hotel and had no rooms for us.

The first room they gave us the bed fell apart. The second room had no remote control and holy sheets. Took my grandkids to get in the pool the pool was ice cold. I ended up leaving the hotel checking out about 8:00 p.m. just couldn't take it anymore.

They are doing a renovation. Some of the facilities are still aged. The staff were excellent. The room was clean.

First hotel out of hundreds I've stayed at that had no towels in the room when I arrived. It took 5 hours going to the front desk just to get one towel.

There was this connecting door between hotel rooms and the guest on the other side wouldn’t close there half of the door so it felt unsafe and weird , no towels & the room was yellow and stinked , the air filter in the air conditioning unit definitely needs to be changed , I canceled my next day stay and got a 97$ charge I was willing to take to not be here again

As a person being homeless that was the worst hotel I’ve slept in whe i first check in i had to switch rooms so to them not being clean ready and once I did get a room I was upgraded to the suit and it it’s self was dirty urine in and around the toilet the lining was stain dirty or jus not change I also had to flip the mattress due to a horrific stain on the mattress and the the other side had urine stains on that side

The hot tub was broken, the tub in my room was broken, the screen in the window was busted out, the deadbolt on the door was broken off and was just a hole and the continental breakfast was just toast.

Bedding had stains and no towels were provided in room. There was no hot water. Breakfast was very sad there was very little to nothing for guests to eat. Also room keys had to get reset a couple times.

The only good thing I can say is the staff was very nice… other than that this hotel needs to be condemned, there was no hot water when we showered, for breakfast it was only uncooked turkey bacon and eggs there was no juice only coffee, there was no fruit no donuts , the breakfast was just pitiful, then there were no face towels and the larger towels were limited, we stayed 3 nights And no one came to clean our room the 3 days we were there but coincidentally when it was time to check out the maid was there to clean the rooms lol…they need to do better because this ain’t it at all!!!!!!

This property should be called Motel 8 or Public Housing.....it's listed as non smoking facility however each room smelled like cigars n weed. ..no towels in the rooms, when asked, we were given 6 bath towels n 6 hand towels and was told to share🤦🏾‍♀️...once you took a shower, the entire hotel switched to cold water...the free breakfast consisted of turkey bacon, eggs, white bread n coffee...no convenience for kids menu.....the TV only had 1 cable network 1 sports channel and remaining were NEWS only....this was the worst it needs to be CLOSED PERMANENTLY ‼️‼️💯

The rooms were dirty, they moved us to 3 different rooms and all of them were dirty. Tv and phones weren't working. Drawers were wet and chairs were worn out.

Our room was so dirty I had to ask for a vacuum and clean it myself. Our toilet overflowed so we had to turn the water off. The remote control for the TV didn't work. They were completely out of towels. Breakfast was very limited to what they offered.

The time that I was given on arrival was an average room I get that you get what you pay for. The light fixture in the bathroom was not on the ceiling it was propped up against the tub nor did the lights have any light bulbs in the ceiling.i was moved to another room and the sheets and urine stains on the but you could tell they at least tried to wash them. Unacceptable One hundred percent.

Stayed Friday- Sunday with our kids and this place was so dirty, reeked of smoke (supposed to be a smoke free facility), mold in the bathrooms, dirty pool water. The hot tub was broken down as well. Hot water kept kicking out after only 1 shower (we had 6 people to shower) I will never stay at this place again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Our experience for this place was aweful, we booked for a king bed as soon we entered to the room, rooms was smell bad and dirty to the ground, look likes they don’t clean it , and we ended to get out and look for receptionist and asked to change the room because my husband cannot take it. So we moved to other room but i just noticed that the chairs was ripped and looks dirty , we are afraid to seat so we just stayed on the bed anyways the only thing we were there beacuse we want to rest from a long drive and decided to stayed. But in the morning, there was a complimentary breakfast so its not that bad and the staff was friendly and keeps trying to monitor that every is organized and clean. The swimming pool was CLOSED but anyway maybe even its Open i am not going to swim at All because its not look like inviting views…

My shower didn’t work and they had no towels that’s about it I didn’t have much time to wait for them to get to me and help or move me i was around for my brothers memorial, but my shower didn’t work and we couldn’t shower there the whole weekend and I was going to ask for a discount or a free stay or at least to be moved but I made them aware of the problem and they didn’t help me and im not sure if they tried while i left for my brothers memorial. Wish it was a better stay.

They didn't let me check in even after I had booked the hotel a month ago. When I arrived in the hotel they just said that rooms are not available, you can request for refund through Expedia. When I requested refund, they didn't respond. They just took my money and didn't give anything. Such a fraud hotel. I hate them.

They didn't have towels the toilet over flows the floor was dirty the tv didn't work there was used needles out side and lots of drug activity like people passed out high in the parking lot, I asked for a wash cloth the two days I got there and didn't get one and I mean only one on the last day of my stay
