Aexis,Sorry for you were not satisfied with hotel. You was stayed in non smoking and non pet whirlpool suite. Housekeeper has found these issues in room after your checked out.1-Smoked and cigarettes buts2-Pet was in room.3-Room was trashedSo, hotel took pictures and forfeited security deposit. Room was out of order for few days because hotel didn't want to assign this room to non smoker guest which needs immediate attention to let the smoke smell go away.

Great value and location to tour the Stillwater area. Hotels downtown were too expensive! Nice to have breakfast included. One thing that surprised me was no elevator. With a new knee it was a bit difficult to navigate the stairs with my luggage. But, the front desk guy saw me struggling a bit and helped me halfway up which was truly appreciated!

Absolutely disgusting!! There was dried vomit on the inside of the bathroom door, cobwebs through out the room, toilet was NEVER cleaned, hot tub didn’t work & the breakfast seemed like it was out from the day before. When I tried to communicate this to the staff, they just said there’s nothing they can do. I will NEVER stay there again. Drove 4 hrs for a reunion!

No customer service, no joy, the breakfast was horrible, no choices, things not working, cleaning was poor, atmosphere was negative. I will not go back. The picture is not even the GrandStay I was at, it may be the old place, but not now.

A mediocre stay. My room on the main floor was noisy mostly due to the wood frame construction which produced ALOT of foot traffic and creaking floor noise from the room above. The occupants above us at the time were very active late at night which was annoying, and without earplugs made it difficult to sleep. The drain in the showers was plugged, so water wouldn’t drain when showering. There was also no replenishment of towels to the room unless it was requested. Continental Breakfast was below mid. Rooms and facilities were clean and the staff were mostly friendly.

Bed bugs
Do not believe the good reviews. They have a lot of fake accounts too keep up the rating. The desk person was watching porn when I can in. Didn't notice me for awhile. I checked in. Room smelled but oh well. Layed down after I put shorts on. Woke up itching bad. Welts all over. Thought I was having a reaction and went to er. They said it was bed bugs bites. I went back and pulled sheets off. Bugs big enough too see. I took pic and showed front desk. They offered another room with little concern. I said no. That I wanted to leave.....they said no refund.....wow. it is a Patel hotel I'm sure. U call hotels.com to get refund but everytime they call....no manager ever That is their tactics. No manager ever till you give up. U write a review they put up three fake ones to keep their rating. It's obvious if you read them. Stayyyyyyy awayyyyyy

Thank you for this statement which is absolutely our expectation from you because your reservation was prepaid and refund should through third party. You didn't get room key to go in room because you didn't want to give us credit card for incidental. How you know all this about room.

The front desk person was on his cell phone during check in. The room was a little dated with mold in bathroom. It was an ok room for one night. Our room was on ground level and right behind our room was a broken down travel trailer with people coming in and out of it all night.

Stay here many times when visiting family in the area. Generally, the same good service we experienced before. Only complaint is all 3 cereals offered were pre-sweetened. Would have prefered at least one plain cereal. But the packaged oatmeal wasn't pre-sweetened.

You need to replace your towels. They felt like burlap or sandpaper. Totally unacceptable in a motel. Impossible to dry with them.

All sorts of Covid paraphernalia still up parking lot seemed unsafe, poorly lit. The food was terrible for the continental breakfast would not stay there again.
