Great property , in a great location . We had stayed at other properties by mall of America, but never this one. Upon arrival , the front desk clerk , Kathy greeted us. She was very knowledgeable about the area , and was very attentive to our needs. She got us into our room. The pool area was great !!! The kids loved it . Mall of America is right across the street. We will be back !!

The staff was nice for the most part although I didn’t know I had to pay for parking I didn’t know breakfast wasn’t included that is not a good move for a place that services families with kids the vending machines are way to expensive but overall my family and I loved the convenience of accessing the mall and other local shopping places

Average hotel, few broke down vehicles in the lot, looks like they've been sitting for awhile(hotel vans). Staff behind desk were friendly. Staff on phone are not. No complementary breakfast. Short drive from Mall of America. About all i have to say.

The only problem we had was reserving the airport shuttle. We wanted to pay for three nights but must have reserved it for only one night. It is separate from the hotel but didn't know who to call so called the hotel and got a young woman named Sarah who assured me my car wouldn't. be towed and gave me the info I needed. The shuttle worked out beautifully
