We have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect with the place. We got a jacuzzi room as we always do. It was wonderful and the bed was so comfortable! Wechecked in way later in the evening, and when we got to our room, we noticed it hadn't been cleaned yet. No big deal, things happen, we are human. I went to the front desk and told the attendant, she was very apologetic and got a housekeeper ther right away to get the room ready. Over all it was a good stay and we will be back.

The room was clean. The hotel smells weird though. You get what you pay for so I wouldn’t rule it out if I had to stay there again. The staff is dismissive when asking to resolve issues. ( clogged tub). Continental breakfast was decent. There are 2 floors and no elevator. The location is great. Close to MOA and lots of places to eat. Also the Target store is nearby.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The location was great and it was affordable. The hotel could use some updates and TLC. Room had a musty smell that unfortunately clung to my luggage when I got home. The bed comfort was only okay and you can hear everything through the walls. Conversations outside, 3am blaring tv and all the hallway movement. Not my best stay nor my worst, could use some improvement. Only amenity I checked out was breakfast and it kind of sad. Juice machine out of order and not too many choices.

the hotel itself seems pretty dated, the room at first smelt extremely strong of cleaning supplies (like too much was used), and the floor in our room was sticky (again from overuse of cleaning supplies), opened the windows and wore shoes when walking around haha, Room was clean, bed was comfortable, they had small square pillows not regular pillows so next time I’d bring my own. tub didn’t drain as fast as water came from the showerhead. 7/10 - it was a fine stay for the few hours of sleep we desperately needed, would stay again.
