The room was extremely hot, temperature never went down 79, hot tub wasn’t working, coffee machine didn’t work, tv was restricted to 1-2 channels. The property looked unkept. The only good thing about the hotel was the front desk staff, she was very helpful and listen to my concerns, we were moved to a different room the second night and it was a little better.

This is a lovely hotel that is pet friendly. It was easy to take the dogs outside and well-lit. I definitely felt safe. The staff was very friendly as well. I definitely can recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Eden Prairie!

The bar and restaurant staff were excellent! Their kindness and hospitality was one of the best I have ever seen! I truly enjoyed myself! The downside is the property needed some work. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor and noticed some work needed to be done internally.
