Very short walk indoors to Convention Center. Front desk staff were great. Room small but comfortable. Shower water warm but not hot during whole stay. Overall not bad, would stay there again, mainly for proximity to Convention Center.

Nice spot to stay downtown.

The hotel had some technical issues providing guests with keys upon check in. This slowed the check in significantly, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate.

Good bones, awkward service

I enjoyed my 4-night stay! My favorite things were the rooms— renovated and very nice/updated, comfortable, and clean. The service was awkward at times. My room was cleaned despite the “do not disturb” flag being on the door, my hotels.com reservation included breakfast but the hotel didn’t see that on their end, and my lunch order was forgotten while I waited nearly 45 minutes.

Room was fine. The problem is the parking. We parked before checking in. They said it would be $42/day to be paid at leaving. We kept the car in the ramp all the time we were there. On leaving, the gate said we owed $84!!! I reversed, parked and my wife went in to straighten it out. First, Sheraton should provide complimentary parking for guests, but more importantly, not try to screw over their guests. The front desk guy waived the fee and let us go unmolested by exhorbitant parking rates.
