The staff was all really nice and the check in/out was a breeze. The room was nice and clean, but it had a funky smell to and needed some maintenance. The bathroom had no working fan, a toilet that barely flushed, a ceiling light that was falling down, and a sideways soap dish. The room was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the grounds and nearby trails were very nice.

Excellent!

I’ve stayed in a ton of hotels and this one really stood out. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in (and out) was a breeze, the hotel was beautiful with great amenities. I was there for a NYE party in the ballroom which was catered and just fantastic. My room was so quiet and comfortable with great pillows and updated amenities. Just really all around excellent!

A nice value and I’d stay again

Beautiful hotel albeit a little outdated in rooms. Lobby areas are great, good little pub with a nice selection of tasty food. Large room, felt it was a good value. Only real complaint was the pool was chilly and my kids couldn’t enjoy it long.

Here for a FI event and stayed over as from Viroqua WI. Check in gentleman was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and I did not have to fight with TV to get it to work. Good stay.

Good stay

It's location is close to the highway but there isn't a lot within walking distance. The restaurant is good and the property is nice. Don't really understand the paying for parking give it's location - seems to be using every angle to charge more.

Front desk folks were amazing when checking us in. We did have to call down to guest services because the room they placed us in was incorrect. They then brought our new keys up to us and asked if they could help us move to our new room. Our new room was amazing with a private patio!!! The only “downside” is that when we walked in the room it was set to 76 and we were roasting alive. Haha.
