The property is great. Good location, nice people. Only thing looked different to me was the corridor gives a look as of a concentration camp (which kind off took me off guard). Other than that, everything was awesome.

Great location. Great staff. Rooms are so quite thought we were the only ones there. Only issue was if you use there handcap spot, its kinda tricky for passenger unloading, and a worker seems have the space for ramps to come out as there parking spot. But hey we made it work. Life goes on. Great hotel. And the food was good also.

I was in town for a large event at the US Bank Stadium. Staff was very friendly, room was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. If you’re coming to Minneapolis for an event at US Bank Stadium, definitely stay here. The stadium is an extremely short walk. I will absolutely stay here again when coming home to town.

A great big thank you to Nile and to all the staff for being exceptionally helpful during my stay at the Red. The vegetarian omelet and coffee hit the spot as I had long days at a conference that was held nearby. Thanks to all the staff members who helped me get organized with my hotel bill and incurred expenses. As a result, I was able to present my incurred expenses in an orderly fashion and was reimbursed immediately. Merci beaucoup!

The check in was sad as the front desk staff was not courteous, no welcoming gesture Room was not cleaned on 2nd day. On asking, said come and get fresh towels. No regret, no sorry. No water placed in the room. We were impressed by the restaurant person JAY. He was super friendly and best customer service oriented person. He is the only one reason to come back again sometime. He presented us the breakfast to us in a very professional way and with utmost customer care. He is the asset for this place.
