I really enjoyed this room alot. It made me feel like a home away from home. The spacious kitchen with dishes and silverware, living room, and bedroom with a little side washroom space separate from the bathroom. The huge tv swiveled between to livingroom and bedroom which was great. It was a wonderful stay. Quiet and comfortable. The parking was a little difficult to understand while checking in and finding the hotel from the lot. And I had no clue how to work the ice machine that was built into the refrigerator. I might have missed instructions for it somewhere and I didn't ask about it, so it was fine. Breakfast was available but I did not partake so I can't comment on that part but it was great to offer it. There was also a fitness room which was also great. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here on May 29- June 2 2026. The place is very conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis, with the famous Minneapolis Skyway (aka Walkway) running through the building. The Skyway's total length is over 10 miles, and makes it possible for pedestrians to walk indoors to almost all of downtown Minneapolis, including to Target Field and Target Center. The biggest issue I had with the place, and with Expedia's listing of it, is that it was not made clear up front that there is a $23 a day charge for parking. The Expedia listing and the hotel's listing online both mention available parking on site. I tried various ways, short of a phone call, to determine whether this parking was free. I could not find this information online. I was mildly disappointed to find the parking was not free. I don't find it surprising that there would be a charge for parking in a downtown hotel, but I think the charge should be made clear up front. The room was great - very clean, separate bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette. Easily understandable TV access. No issues with wifi or heating/cooling. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding- and free! I would readily stay here again!

First the negatives: I found some of the front desk staff to be inattentive and rude. Some of the desk staff were not communicative, did not explain check-in or checkout, or even that we would need to scan our keycards in the elevator to go up to our floor. No room service of any kind. Ugly lobby and staff didn’t greet us at any time coming or going. Now the positives: clean room, full kitchen in the room to buy meals and bring them back to the room, decent WiFi, comfortable beds. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine for the conference we attended.

3rd time staying there and overall happy with the location and service. This time though for 2 nights there was a large, noisy, uncaring of others crowd on the 12th floor. Despite calling the front desk multiple times they weren't kicked out until late on the second night. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.
