Bathroom tub didn’t drain so you ended up standing in filthy water-gross. Restaurant is extremely overpriced and there is just a ton of wasted space which gave the impression that nobody visited the hotel. Decor was cold and uninviting both in the rooms and the entire hotel. Staff great and helpful!!

The hotel was beautiful inside and the food in the restaurant was delicious! Friendliest staff I’ve experienced in a long time!! The only eye sore was the parking lot (came through the back of the lot) it’s in need of repair & doesn’t do justice for the lovely interior.

The Sheraton Bloomington as always is clean, cool, quiet and comfortable. Especially that it is a good pet friendly hotel. The pet friendly rooms are as clean as the other rooms, I should add. The staff is friendly and professional, it’s like a home away from home, as this hotel has been our preferred Minneapolis place for about the past ten years. Our chihuahuas love the place, and having a clean, grassy area to walk and do business on. We love the location, and the morning coffee in the club room.
