Even though the hot tub was broke(we were let known right at check in) the pools were great! The staff was amazing and our room was great! Radisson Blu Mall of America
Pool was closed, as seems the current practice for many hotels who want to save money, my card was swiped twice for incidentals - resulting in two separate holds, and the carpet in the hallway of the 7th floor had stains and showed its age. The onsite restaurant was amazing and saved the stay!!!! ...

The staff here was amazing during our spring break trip. I loved the great luggage carts and all the support of the staff, as I was a little nervous about handling all of our bags etc. on my own. Great price too! We will def be back!
