“No hotwater, no blanket even after i asked oh yeah and my debit card went missing suspiciously around the same time my room key stopped working.”

“I liked coffee in the morning. I liked tv and internet. I Would have liked access to blankets more towels and blow dryer. I would have liked bed linen and shower curtain without disgusting stains.”
