“I don't know about the other rooms but the room I had needed some serious painting and renovations done to it. It looked like they were 8n the process of doing so with the floor looking fairly new though.”

“Everything was great very clean the cleaning lady was amazing”

“The price was the only good thing. You get what you pay for. The property was very run down and the interior was just as bad as the exterior. Locked plate glass lobby makes you think you are in a war zone in Detroit not Anoka MN”

“It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.”

“The advertised queen bed was a full (smaller). The sheets had holes in them. The smoke-free room had a heavy odor of smoking in it. I would not ever book here again.”

“The first room I was assigned to was filthy, with food on the floor and night stands. The halls had garbage on the floor, the elevator smelled and had sticky dirty floors. The ceiling in my second room had been recently painted, but clearly no drop cloths were used as paint was on the headboard, chairs, and carpets. The lobby was chaos.”
